EDIT:A quick update, people~ There's four new characters in the characters section!! Naive, Joint, Lucky, and Clover. Please go visit them. ^^~ I'd love to hear what characters you might like in particular.

WHOO. Only a few more characters to go and I'll be completely done with the characters section~ *does a dance*

I don't draw them. )X3;;; I use photoshop 7.0..

Let's seeee... First I type in the sound effects and do the warp command. Then I go to the layer's blending options and turn on stroke. I minimize it a little and turn it black. Then I turn the layer's fill all the way to 0%.. >.o

I go to blending options again and then choose Inner Glow. Change the color to yellow, opacity to 100%, and blend mode to normal. And then I just adjust the choke and size until it looks right.. it sounds complicated, but it's pretty easy. ^^

Hope those were okay instructions. @-@;;
